Neroli Essential Oil

Is made of the orange flower, and owes its name from a princess.
*It is indicated for cardiac spasm, chronic diarrhea and insomnia.
*Can be inhaled , used in diffusers or taken internally.
*It is soothing, calming and sedating.
Neroli has a refreshing and distinctive, spicy aroma with sweet and flowery notes. It is one of the most widely used floral oils in perfumery. It is a non-toxic, non-irritant, non-sensitizing, non-photo-toxic substance. More than 12% of all modern quality perfumes use Neroli as their principal ingredient. It blends well with any citrus oil, various floral absolutes, and most of the synthetic components available on the market. Neroli oil is a classic element in fragrance design and one of the most commonly used in the industry. It is also used in flavors (alimentary) where it has a limited use.
*As an essential oil, used in aromatherapy and massage, Neroli is considered to have a soothing effect on the nervous system.
*Traditionally, neroli oil was used not only to relieve tension and anxiety, but also in increase circulation and heal thread vein scars.
*A solution is made by adding three or four drops of the essential oil to one cup of either sweet almond oil or wheat germ oil.
*The oil is then fixed by adding grapefruit seed extract, but if the solution is to be used on children or pregnant women, only half the quantity of essential oil should be used.
Use Neroli in the bath with rose oil.
* Neroli is great for stress reduction.
It is one of my favorites. We did expirements with Grand Master Choa Kok using Neroli oil.

Clove Bud Essential Oil

*This is one of the first oils to be directly applied in therapy- in aching teeth to anesthetize them or on warts to remove them.
* Is antibacterial, antiseptic and analgesic and is a good oil for the prevention of disease and infection.
Clove is a powerful oil that has been used for the sterilization of surgical instruments. It should not be used undiluted on the skin.
*Being a spice it can be incorporated into your cooking.
*It is inhaled to stimulate memory, to stimulate the respiratory system and as an antiseptic for various infectious diseases.
* If too much is inhaled it can act as a soporific; it can cause a good sleep generally culminating in stimulating dreams.
*Clove oil is the highest scoring essential oil in oxygen radical absorption capacity. The antioxidant score of carrots are 210, while the score of clove oil is 10,786,875. This mean that one ounce of clove oil has the antioxidant capacity of 450 lbs of carrots.
*Clove helps cleanse and energize the body.

During Roman times, when cremation was widely practiced, it was also customary to burn it in the funeral pyre. To make 1 pound of lemon oil it is necessary to express the peels of about 1500 lemons.
