During Roman times, when cremation was widely practiced, it was also customary to burn it in the funeral pyre.
It contains orange energy, which has an expelling effect.
In the Church, Frankincense is what the little boy who walks in front of the priest is burning, this is to clear out all the dirty energy being released by the people in the church.
Frankincense may be used in helping the incarnated soul to detach from the body.
Use 20 drops of Frankincense oil in 4 oz of water or alcohol for use in funerals or in terminal patients' bedroom.
For a deep purifying bath use 7 drops of frankincense with 3 drops of eucalyptus oil, and 3 drops of tea tree oil with 2 pounds of salt, or for a salt scrub use 1 pound of salt.
To help overcome coughs or colds use 5 drops on the bottom of the feet 2 times daily.
Use 5 drops if Frankincense with spikenard 7 drops of spikenard oil in a bath with 2 pounds of salt, or for a salt scrub use 1 pound of salt.
