Frankincense Essential Oil
Frankincense essential oil has a long history, beginning as one of the three gifts given to baby Jesus by the Magi. Later, it was used during Roman times, where it was added to the funeral pyre for cremation. It contains plenty of orange energy, which helps to expel contaminants and dirty energy. A mixture of 20 drops of frankincense oil in 4 ounces of water or alcohol is often used during funerals or in the rooms of terminally ill patients to allow the incarnated soul to detach from the body.
Frankincense can also be used for purification. Simply add seven drops of frankincense, three drops of eucalyptus, and three drops of tea tree oil to two pounds of salt. You can also lower the amount of salt to one pound to use as a purifying salt scrub. You can also apply five drops of the oil to the bottom of the feet twice daily to alleviate coughs and colds.
